To protect the interests of customers, Truong Long Company offers a warranty policy for customers when using maintenance/repair services at Truong Long stations as followings:
For new vehicles: Warranty policy in accordance with the rules of HINO Motors Vietnam
Start of warranty: The warranty period begins when the vehicle is delivered to the first owner.
Warranty period: Within 7 years and mileage limit as followings:
Warranty conditions: Based on the warranty and maintenance manual provided by Hino to customers.
Warranty coverage: The warranty applies only within Vietnam.
Free warranty: All repairing services that are listed under warranty terms (parts, labor).
For the replacement of spare parts and repairing to vehicles:
Spare parts warranty is 03 months or 6,000 km from the date of acceptance and handover of the vehicle.
Terms of warranty, maintenance and repairing are warranted for 3 months or 6,000 km from the date of acceptance and handover of the vehicle.
For new vehicles:
Damages caused by accidents, modifications on the vehicles
Damages caused by environmental conditions.
Damages caused by incorrect or inadequate maintenance.
The reallocation of upper-body and other equipment
Additional fees such as phone calls, time-consuming damage, car rental, etc.
For vehicle replacement parts and repairing:
- During the warranty period, if there were any signs of technical fault, please inform the company.
If due to the fault of replacing spare parts, the repair will conduct a free warranty for customers.
If due to the customer's mistake, the customer will be responsible.
- To receive warranty service, you are responsible for taking your HINO vehicle to the nearest Truong Long Service Station at:
